All parts in unit are stored on etched metal
trays and are protected against normal mistakes that a student
occasionally might make.
Features:
The Meters and Power Supply are diode and overload protected and
current-limited. A DPDT switch associated with each digital meter provides for
direct connection to the 15 VDC Power Supply merely by placing the switch in the
internal position.
The Integrated Circuit Amplifier is Zener and
diode protected and it is a full operating amplifier similar to that used in
commercial portable power amplifiers.
The experimental parts can be repaired and
maintained in the classroom, since they are soldered in place. All parts are
secured as necessary with Velcro and pads on the work surface.
The power panel is in color for long life and
easy maintenance. It measures 7"H x 8"W , 1/8"thick.
